Yoga is difficult of achievements,
For one whose mind has not been subdued.
A man who has his mind under control,
Can attain through efforts if continued.

O God ! Empower me with the,
Personal purity and good morals.
By the exactitude of external purity,
So that I may never feel abnormality.

I wish I may be among good friends,
Passing my time with good books.
The mighty minds of the past,
May Lord help me to protect from every risk.

Time is precision, time in short,
I have promises to pray my Lord.
Day and night and every time,
With my heart extensive sweet world.
