We need more love and more tolerance to lead us to more compassion to give us more hope and help us bring more peace to our bleeding world.

You say I’m wrong.
He says she’s wrong.
She says he’s wrong.
They say we’re wrong.

Too much, too much!

You cry, “Stupid!”
He charges, “Uninformed!”
She judges, “Insane!"
They condemn, “Immoral!”

Too much, too much!
Too much, too much, too much!

You hate me. Why?
He hates her. Why?
She hates him. Why?
They hate us. Why?

Too much, too much!
Too much, too much, too much!

More love, more tolerance!
More compassion, more hope, more peace!

I won’t hate you.
She needs to hear him.
He must understand her.
We will embrace them.

More love, more tolerance!

We all need to remember we are the only engines of change in society. I keep saying and will keep trying to live it: “Hands and hearts and minds and voices committed to working for tolerance, peace and social justice everywhere, always.” ~MomzillaNC

For me, in my Christ-centered life, it’s always been a perspective starting from Luke 6:37 and John 13:34-35.

CEB Luke 6:37 “Don’t judge, and you won’t be judged. Don't condemn, and you won't be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.”

CEB John 13:34 “I give you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, so you also must love each other. 35 This is how everyone will know that you are my disciples, when you love each other.”

Those are not edicts to suddenly forget our Faith and condone what we believe to be wrong. They are commands from Christ’s own lips that finalizes our freedom from judgement and condemnation and admonishes us to tolerance and compassion through love.

I pray for blessings upon us all. CEB John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you. My peace I give you. I give to you not as the world gives. Don’t be troubled or afraid."
