Like a seed planted in a soil
Remaining dormant waiting for rainfall
Longing for the bright light from the sun
Waiting, no matter how long it takes
Then suddenly comes a downpour
In joy, the poor seed sprouts
Taller and healthier it keeps growing
Till the day humans are shaded by it
Just like the seeds are the talents within us
Nurtured in patience they gradually grow
Then comes a day when the world knows us
Because our little talents are now fully grown
