The Plant's Curse (An original poem)
~Tumblr
The embodiment of love
And the lies comprehended,
Thou art beneath
The life of a ripened bud.
The creed of sorrow
The Crown of pain,
A life so narrow
The love that is slain.
The spoils of the Earth
To rise to power,
Don't adjudge the wrath
That can tower.
A war so sublime,
To destroy the rhyme
Of the race that boasts,
The most colorful toasts.
For every plant in debark,
A curse is planted
And the debt will rankle,
The human heart obsolete.

That opening GIF is so powerful too.
One is blooming while the other dies...
Deep poem, thanks for sharing.
Thx :)
