Just like the "Skripal" and "Douma" thing, funny how it's always on those matters they act so seemingly rash... Like 3 days after the Paris attacks, an assorti of "leaders" and "other war criminals" had their fake photo op. Oh, and 3 hours later signed some secret terror law deal... These deals take years to set up, not 3 days. Problem, reaction, sollution, classic Hegelian dialectic.
