🌊 Dancing with the Tide 🌊

In the waves she listens
crashing then calm,
The sun glistening like diamonds reflecting on the sea.

Peace, clarity, that's what she needs,
The sand filling every gap in her toes, squeezing them together tighter and tighter
not ever letting go.

The roars of the waves come crashing once more, reminding her she is not alone.

And in the whisper of the wind
she is swept away in thought,

Goosebumps upon her sun kissed skin,
soaking it all in, like the pain held inside.

She breathes in, then out, slowly letting go,
Then continues her walk, dancing with the tide.
