Scars
Of yours
Anymore
No letters
Tickets
Or cards
But I do have scars
And memories
That spill out
Like photos
From a billfold
Not intended
To keep them
And so
They become
Inconvenient
Snapshots
of what we were
And I would
toss them too
on the fire
but it’s never up to you
what you
remember
afterwards
when all the struggle is through
And Fate has dealt
all the cards
I’d like to forget you too…
But I still have scars.

Great! We forget, we stop fighting and we at last win the battle but the scar won't let go. They remain with us and reminds us of our yesterdays

Sometimes I feel like love is the cruelest emotion that ever existed.
Sometimes you want to forget or hate them but you just cant.
The scars never never goes away.
and deep down in our heart exists all the people that we ever ever loved. even if we leave or they left, they are still down down there.
