About the way
Your eyes surprise,

Like the Moon
After a storm
Breaking through cloudy skies.

I wanted to write
About the way
Your eyes dance

Like the sparkling fire
Of jewels
In a sunlit field of snow

And was searching
For the words

When suddenly…
