Soulful Redundance

Ceaseless drain into the admiration,
Unwittingly ends in present damnation.

Feeble struggles lewd and pronounced,
Blame and fault dismissed and renounced.

Into the fray and into the fold,
The judgements made, inaction is bold.

Warriors all, heroes and valiance,
Only in mist, a shaky alliance.

Turn within and power down,
Each can wear the sacred crown.

No subjects to hear, no army to lead,
Only braying dogs to spread the seed.

In the depths that loneliness wrought.
A revelation that ego can be bought.
