[POEM] --> Pictures of Resting Souls
Good early morning to ya, Steemit!
Here, for your reading pleasure is Poem #79, which for my writing style is
in of itself somewhat of a unique poem.
Here's the deal:
Stanza number one has each word containing only
one syllable, whereas stanzas two and three
alternate between one to two syllables
and two to one syllables, respectively.
Each line alternates between eight and seven
words, then switches on the next stanza.
With all that said... here's the poem!
Pictures of Resting Souls
With all the twists and turns in life
there's not much room to see clear
and seems what's most far from our grasp
may be the thing that's right here.
See beyond the weary old mirage days
and many paths toward an open mind appear
but only when silence can reveal hearts
will people cast aside hate before they revere.
Within the surface an essence dwells deeply still
because it's hopeful for wisdom most sincere
until our shadows cast pictures of resting souls
around each corner the image is unclear.

We can't see through the things clearly just because we are judgmental.Is it what you wanted to say?
Writing poems are hard.I try to represent a theme but it fails to get reader's attention.I never tried to write poem until yesterday.I posted it and found that it was an epic failure.

Poems conveying ideas or themes take some time to get used to, but don't give up.
As for "can't see through the things clearly just because we are judgmental" is not quite what this poem is
communicating. It's more... we can't see through things because we lack care IN judgement of what we see / are presented with.
