walking forward (original poem)

standing infront of a hard dillemma
its a pity i have to choose, but one
this burden how can anyone could
decide on which was better.
at this time both seemed cruel.

but around the corner i bet
will be again disarming choice to bear
such is the way of the opposites
right now both choices seem the same,
Different but ultimately unpleasant?

i promised myself not to follow others
but to make my own path, unbothered
i can always go back to the initial choice
buy considering all of this, i will not.
my resolution is "confidence" carved in rock

i bet in time i will play it off with laughter
or maybe tears, somewhere along the way,
back then a decision was made, did i...
although popular one caught my eye
i faced the unpopular and built on it
have i not done so, everything would stay
the same.
