I can't. It would require to rephrase and recreate the assonances/structure. Basically It can't be made through an automatic tool due to the game of sounds in it (see the allitterance between AN and EN in the fourth stanza). The poetry is about the paradox of our human knowledge, making us free but at the same time confining us within the barriers of our limited understanding through our senses and cognitive possibilities.
