Lightning strikes
As many times as it likes
Back to back
Over again
Chance resets
As if nothing was before
And nothing else will be
With no concern
For charred trees
Or misunderstood
Probabilities
They say lightening never strikes the same place twice. They say a lot of things that sound right but aren't actually true. ☮️

Nice poem.
When you consider some mistakes we make as we journey through life and how we make such mistakes again and again, then I'll argue against the statement that 'lightening never strikes the same place twice'.
I've been 'struck by lightening' many times, however, thank goodness I'm also learning from every Experience.
