The Dream

Yet we planned to have a better future
Educated ourselves so that our future can be bright
So that we can have the best of house
Luxuries and a happy family
But those were just the dreams of an optimist
Reality has struck a heavy blow on my face
And I began to see things the way it should be seen
All fingers are truly not equal
Striving day and night just to make ends meet
Chasing after money that is running farther away from us
I am still hoping that this dream will come to pass
That is the only way through which I can be fully fulfilled
