Those that provide the best service at the best price win and that is the way it should be.
Here in the U.S., services like Uber and Lyft have been a way to break the monopoly of cab companies in some areas and have definitely been a good thing.
Thats exactly right... Theres a good benefit of having uber since it competes with taxi operators who doesnt care about the meaning of quality customer service which uber is good at..
