All in all it captured the emotions of grief, shock, depression, and acceptance well. I love how you used a combination of short and long phrases for contrast. I also appreciated the contrast between the strong emotions and the plain, mechanical physical objects. I'm sorry for the loss you experienced but glad I can read your poetry.
