An original poem:সারা আকাশ জুড়ে মেঘের আস্ফালন
আজ খুব ভোরে সারা আকাশ জুড়ে মেঘের আস্ফালন
যে কোনো সময়ে ঝরে যেতে পারে দুই নয়নের জল,
সূয্যি দিলো ঠিক ফাঁকি দুনিয়া হলো ঘন কালো
আজ আর যাবো না বাইরে ,বাঁধবো না ভবঘুরে দল ।
আজ শুধু দাঁড়িয়ে থাকবো আকাশ পানে দেখবো বৃষ্টির নৃত্য
নতুন নতুন সুরে ঘটবে আগমন প্রত্যেক বৃষ্টির গানের,
শরীরে কালো বুকে ভিজে যায় কাকভেজা জলে
হঠাৎ সুমধুর কণ্ঠ ভেসে আছে অজানা কোনো প্রান্তের।
বারান্দায় বসে আছে পাড়ার সবচেয়ে প্রবীণ জীবন
গুনে চলে কত গুলি ফেলে এলো অভিমানী বর্ষণ।
