Because that man is the same one seen by all.

Value yourself, value your life, because if you don't care, no one will ever care.
No matter what you might be going through, just look in the mirror, pity that body that has suffered whatever you are going through and tell him it will be well.
If you have ever thought of doing something reckless to your body because of what is happening to you, then you should know you are doing that terrible thing to that gorgeous body in the mirror.
You are the best image of yourself, original and one of your kind.
