"BEMEISTERUNG" ein Gedicht / "MASTERY" a poem (german/english)

Hallo Steemians, keine Ahnung ob in der Welt von Steemit noch Lyrik-Begeisterte zu finden sind, aber ich wurde von @shortcut inspiriert und möchte auch mal ein altes Gedicht von mir posten.

BEMEISTERUNG

Wenn auf den Geistern die Schwere ruht,
und kein Sonnenleuchten Kräfte mehrt; —
wenn Ares im Herzen zum Kriege ruft,
und das Sein im Ganzen nun erschwert,
dann hat das Dunkel um uns gegriffen; —
dann hat die Last der Erde uns bekehrt; —
dann ist es Zeit, dass wir brennen müssen,
bis die Zeit uns Leichtigkeit gewährt.

Und sieh! Die Zeit kommt noch für jeden;
wo das Ja in uns sich dem Nein erwehrt;
wo die Sonne lacht und weicht der Regen,
wo tiefes Leid in süße Freude sich verkehrt.

So hoffe! Und halte dir bewusst, wie es ist;
dass nicht nur die Zeit waltet und wirkt. —
Denn wahr ist, dass du selbst ein Meister bist,
und das Leid, durch deine Freude stirbt.

So denk an alles Schöne, das du jemals sahst;
das dich im Inneren mit seiner Süße traf; —
das dir Grund zur Freude gibt und gab…

Hello Steemians, I have no clue if there are poetry lovers in the realm of Steemit, but inspired by @shortcut I also would like to post an old poem of mine. I just translated it with google, so I don't know if the translation is correct.... unfortunatly with the translation the flow and rhymes get lost.

MASTERY

When the heaviness rests on the spirits,
and no sunbeams powers multiply; -
when Ares calls to war in the heart,
and making being as a whole now more difficult
then the darkness has seized us; -
then the burden of the earth has converted us; -
then it's time we have to burn,
until the time gives us ease.

And look! The time is still for everyone;
where the yes in us refuses the no;
where the sun is shining and the rain gives way,
where deep sorrow turns into sweet joy.

So hope! And be aware of how it is;
that not only time rules and works. -
Because it is true that you yourself are a master,
and the suffering that dies because of your joy.

So think of all the beautiful things you have ever seen;
that met you inside with its sweetness; -
that gives you reason to rejoice and gave ...
