Two Of A Kind (day 72)

We walked alone, on our own,
and somehow it felt so crowded.
Every single milestone,
or turning point, was surrounded
by the younger forms of ours
who left their footprints everywhere,
built their homes and their towers,
spread their creations here and there.
This place is ours if we're the same,
if we're together like before.
That's how we reach what we aim
and get to reign this world and more.
      For we are two of a kind.
      That's how we vowed to be defined.
