[Poem] Mantra of patience

first breath,
take in the energy
let it flow in you and through you,
open your heart
open your mind,
let everything go,
breath out.

second breath,
clear yourself,
set your mind still,
set your hearth straight,
feel everything flowing,
up and down,
from top to bottom,
breath out..

third breath,
keep it in,
hold it long and don’t give in,
wait a little more,
breath all out
and then start four,
then five, six, seven and eight,
nine and ten,
then keep that state,
hold it there, another second,
stay in the moment, in the present…
breath out.
