Poem : Time
Time passes minute by minute where ever we are,
Our lives on earth we make the best hurrah
One minute here, we work it away,
One minute there, we idle and decay
Time does not stop, it marches on dismay
Time passes hour by hour what ever we do,
it waits for no man, nor woman too
Sleep away with the forces of good
or Slay away with evil dudes
Time does not stop, it marches on route.
Times passes day by day what ever we seek,
no matter what we eat, even if it's Greek
can't turn back the clock, unless you're a freak
Time does not stop, so just eat, eat ,eat.
Time passes year by year, knowledge gained and knowledge lost
grey hair appears and we face the tears
Time is not much, death we so fear
Life recycles but time does not defer
good bye world, and hello Ether.

Right'o. First, what a lovely post. You clearly thought very hard about when you created. I don't begin my resteeming until tomorrow, right now I'm letting the posts build up so I can go through them in bulk. Your's of course will be at the top of the list as first submission of course. In between here and tommorrow here's some tips that may help:
On a post we are allowed five tags. poem and writing are correct tags, but poem only gets around 3,000 posts a day and the flow of Steem Dollars and votes into it is significantly less than the tag poetry. So to increase your posts exposure and potential votes you may want to replace time with poetry. You have two choices for your fifth tag. This post qualifies for both the life tag and the blog tag. Both #life and #blog see remarkable amounts of traffic and votes. In fact they are two of the largest tags on Steemit. So maybe add one of those two? Another thing that may help your post along may be an image. So many people will click on a post for an image rather than just a title. What image could you find that would speak to your work? What would imagery would add weight to what you are expressing? Just some tips of course. Feel free to ask any questions and I hope this helps. :)
Thank you for the direction in terms of the #tags. I'm sure it will help tremendously. I'll work on the image and thumbnail also.
so far, I have not gotten more than 14cts for a post ... so it's the target water-mark I'm trying to cross.
