Not elevated, heavenly, but mundane.
Manipulation through outburst of anger and fanciful changes of mind?
At the human level the consequenses may be insignificant. A couple of millions of lives that may be sacrificed for a caprice?
By at a higher level, the result can be cataclysmic. A deluge? A world engolfing furnace?
And then, with a flick, like a change of mind, like one who laughs at his own stupidity, the rath subsides and the sun rises once more until the next disappointment.
