Mundane stratagem
Just a directional hitch,
Opening up the gates to wrath.
The plotline, the pitch—
Reduce the soul to math.
Hexagonal time to tick:
Memories swirl, collide to burst.
A laugh, a frown, a flick,
Flights of fancy unrehearsed.

The title suggests a preconceived plan or scheme. To achieve what?
Not elevated, heavenly, but mundane.
Manipulation through outburst of anger and fanciful changes of mind?
At the human level the consequenses may be insignificant. A couple of millions of lives that may be sacrificed for a caprice?
By at a higher level, the result can be cataclysmic. A deluge? A world engolfing furnace?
And then, with a flick, like a change of mind, like one who laughs at his own stupidity, the rath subsides and the sun rises once more until the next disappointment.
The "mundane stratagem" translates a thought, a sensation caught between the now and the after. That same trick of ours to postpone what worries us and treat it when there is control of the faculties, when anger does not send. Emotional intelligence that calculates the scope, the actions; to safeguard something very valuable: "flights of fantasy without rehearsing", the ability to continue dreaming, to fly creative thinking with renewed wings. I see this as another search strategy for light.

I Have enjoyed the chorus and rhythm lyrics that had hidden in the poem.
honestly I had not understand the inner meaning of this poem but still felling something special which can't be expressed by words... just let it feel....
A pony is simply the projection of people groups' fantasies - solid, ground-breaking, lovely - and it has the capacity of giving us escape from our everyday ...
