The Soul Stitcher (Halloween 2018 Contest Entry)

The Soul Stitcher lives in the darkest places
Stealing lost people's souls
He rips them right out of their heart
And sows them into his own

When you feel lost and alone
His fingers their take grip
On the edge of your very soul
And slowly, rip by rip

He tugs and tears at every loose thread
He pulls you apart at the seams
He stalks the shadows in the depths of your head
He haunts you in your dreams

By the time you see him it’s already too late
Your soul is already sewn
His empty eyes will seal your fate
And he’ll claim you as his own

This is a really old one I stumbled across a few days ago, and thought of @stevescoins contest. Must be a good few years back I wrote it.
