[Day 8] Doing PLANK 撑到第二周啦
平板支撑挑战来到了第二周!
一个星期后我觉得视觉上有点瘦了!
但是体重却没有什么明显的下降
上了年纪真的很难瘦!
一天只吃三餐 晚餐也吃得少
感觉到了呼吸都会胖的年纪😂
朋友跟我说不要只看体重数字
要看脂肪有没有减少
肌肉有没有更结实
我只好相信 每天继续努力
一步一脚印 一天一分钟
加上我的闪电五倍瘦身裤!
期待二零一九变得不一样。
