今天第三天平板支撑挑战
除了这个一分钟运动
我也想分享每一天的新鲜事
妈妈在我家期间 周末都忙着带她逛街
下午下了一场大雨 晚餐决定去打边炉
大家都吃得好饱
眼看雨稍微变小了 就去Johor premium outlet 走走
血拼回到家后已经十一点多
又是半夜十二点才做平板支撑😂

This is my day 3 of doing 1 min PLANK challenge. Beside this 1 Min exercise, I would also like to share some memorable things for the day. Today changed environment, I was in my JB house.

It was raining heavily in the afternoon, We decided to have steamboat for dinner tonight. After steamboat all were so full and we went to Johor premium outlet for a walk. There is 3 days premium sales so we are interested to see if there is any Good buy. My hubby managed to get his Nike shoes from there, while I only get some cheapo clothing from padini as usual 😂

After back from JPO, it was already 11pm ++. Again I am doing this plank exercise at 12am! Do support ! Haha.

How to join?

• Warm-up and prepare yourself to take the challenge
• Work on the ONE-MINUTE-PLANK
  (If this is your first time to do PLANK, just take it easy and try to do 30 seconds or less! And then slowly increase the time to one-minute)
