[Day 8] "Doing PLANK" 1 min PLANK challenge for 30 days [30天平板支撐挑戰]

封面动作注意要点:
1.两手臂之间要和肩宽一样。眼睛看地面。

2.肚子没力气的话,身体会往下,腰也会往下垮,所以要提醒自己腹部要往里收。
不是完全靠手臂在撑,上身主要依靠腹部力量不让身体往下。所以腹部一收肚子就乱颤。这个说明练对位置 了。如果是手臂很酸,肚子没感觉就没练对哦~ 当然也不排除肚子很有力量的厉害人物大概没啥感觉,一摸二摸三摸都是肌肉。

3.臀部收紧了没有?

4.脚指点起后,脚后跟向后推,会感到腿部肌肉要绷紧的。

如果要实现30秒内很稳的小目标,一个月不可能好像,肚子上没肌肉啊。看看瑜伽老师的流线型肌肉,想想算了,不是我的画风。
