There is some very important information from Sibel Edmonds here which speaks to what may well be going on behind the scenes at the moment and the insertion of the #FakeNews label to demonise the veracity of substantiated information/evidence relating to #Pizzagate. I also think that the #fakenews thing is a means of damage control.

This speaks to a major Cointelpro investigation which was launched during Bill Clinton's administration in the 1990s. However, when incriminating information obtained ended up being cross-party, particularly involving both Democrats and Republicans the investigation was apparently quietly put aside and kept for future use to compromise and control people, quite likely via threats of blackmail and/or worse:
