Blink checking Spiky's Car

Blink finally met Spiky in person. He really wants to see them and they met at the car registration office because Blink was in duty at the time Spiky arrived.
Blink did the work faster with the whole team and reported to Spiky that it is all done. He finished checking the car "literally".
