I went on a field trip to the Montreal Biodome about a month ago and was hesitant to upload these pictures as the lighting was pretty low inside the dome. The shots looked great on the LCD screen however, not so much at home. Then again I find myself at times too hard on myself. Behold the Golden Lion Tamarin (Leontopithecus rosalia). It also has a third name known as the Golden Marmoset in some parts of the world. If we squinted and shrunk down a lion, then painted him orange, place him in a tree, I guess he kind of does look like an orange lion ^_^. I love these shots, just wish I got crisper photos.

I wish it was crisper, but when you have a 9 year old pulling you to go to the next room, hard to dial in.
