"Establishing The Pecking Order."
Two large and colourful macaws got into an altercation when I visited the Maleny Gardens on the Sunshine Coast. It was on for one and all as they flapped their beautiful wings and screeched obscenities at each other.
They decided soon after I took this photo that it was an even contest. No feathers were lost and pride was restored after they kissed and made up and peace reigned once more in their enclosed aviary.
