Nice shot! I like the way they sound. Pelicans are fun to see out in the wild :-)
Can't help with the gender identification, though. During mating season one (males?) grow a big bump on their noses, which might help. Off season, though, they look the same to me!
Thanks so much for your welcome visit @fotosdenada I love pelicans and find them very photogenic.I didn't know about the bump on the nose. It will help a little with determining the males from the females perhaps. My question was relating more to the talker. Does the average male talk more than their female counterparts?????
