I MISS FILM PHOTOGRAPHY | Some photos i made on film and made me miss those times

Today is about film photography

Every day i see on steemit, in my feed, photos from some awesome photographers that shoot on film. Here i would like to present them, because they really are exceptional: @catalincernat, @victorbz, @adriansky, @jakedavison, and i am sure there are others in my follow list and on steemit.

I remember the feeling when you have only 36 shots, the feeling when you are careful with every composition, the feeling when you are eager to develop the film and see what you did.

I will buy a film camera soon, and i will be back with photos. Until then, here is a selection from my gallery from when i used to shoot film, 10 years ago:

Beautiful photos <3 And that's right, there's nothing like the film feeling <3
By the way, I also recommend following @vimma who shoots & develops wonderful images on film ^_^

Thank you for the nice comment! I will surely go and follow @vimma :D Thanks for the recomandation and yes, i will follow you too. Going thru your feed right now :D

Thank you very much ^_^

Awesome photos man. I hope you will photograph on film again soon. It's kind of expensive now but I still try to use my film cameras every now and then if I can. Totally different feeling to digital :)

Yeah. It got expensive, but it is totally worth it. Thank you

These are gorgeous. You make a good case for film, though I don't think I have the patience for it. If there were a technological apocalypse in the future, and I couldn't use Lightroom, then I would definitely shoot film just to be able to keep shooting.

Haha. Yeah, i got lost in digital in the last 8 years and i am kind of afraid of film now, but i really miss it.

Man, this are some awesome looking images! Love the first one!

Thanks man :)

I'll say it again: great photos!
First camera I used was an old soviet зенит, thus first photos I ever made myself were shot on film. Now I shoot digital photography (I have no idea where that old camera is), maybe it is kind of "skill regress" ;)
I'm under impression that some people tend to over-romanticize analogue photos - it's analogue thus it's good! - while those photos are mediocre at best. Nonetheless, I admire good analogue photography. Maybe I'll try it some day - to see if I'm skilled enough. Cheers!

Zenit was also the first film camera i ever used. I had it as a gift from @catalincernat. It was a fantastic camera, such good and solid body and awesome M42 lenses. Thanks for the interest in my photos and i surely will wait for your analogue photos :D

Like that first image with horses is fabulous. :)

Thank you so much! :D

Stop missing it and go back and use it!
I don't use film as much as I used to, partly a cost things and partly it just doens't do the job I need it to at the moment. There's no point in using film to have to scan it to use it online.

It's a shame that some of the great film stocks have been discontinued but some of the new ones are spectacular.
I'd love to try the remade Ferrania film and the CineStill stuff. Postage costs are bit high though.

It's cheaper if you stick to black & white and tbh, I still don't think digital black & white looks as good as film.
