Some Street art in the First Street Green Cultural Park
First Street Green Cultural Park also called the First Street Green Art Park, is a small Park in the Lower East Side on Houston Strete between 1st and 2nd Ave which has a lot of Graffiti art and is a place I try to visit at least a couple of times a year as the art keeps changing here is some of the art i saw on my last visit there.

The group that manages this park collaborates with local artist to ensure there is always art in the park and the art is frequently updated which makes it cool to see.

THis shot shows one of the walls int he park and a little Path, this is just one of the walls in the park so you can see there is a lot of art spread around this area.

Witht he blues and aquatic feel to this one it was one of my favorites I saw on the visit to this park

This was anothe rpiece that reallu caught my eye, doing this post hads reminded me its been a few moths since i visited there so I must head back and check it out again soon

What a neat neighborhood. I love the way the artists all work together to keep the artwork fresh. It is always so sad to see those who chose to destroy the beautiful and hard work of other who just want to make the world a better place! Thanks for sharing @tatoodjay, love it! :)
yes indeed make sit fun to go back every few months to see whats new and I do love that is a collaborative of many artists
I like these small urban oasis'. They are really cool to see. In a city that is growing constantly like NYC it is nice to see things like this still exist. I know a lot of cities are reverting back to things like this as old buildings come down. Either that or they are trying to incorporate these elements into new buildings.
That is one of the things I do love about NYC it has many parks whether big Like Centrla Park and somewhat Nature related or a little art park like this and so much art all over the city its always cool to explore and find new Art
I think NYC does well, but it could do more as could all cities to do more to add nature back into the concrete JUngle

What a super cool place! It's like an oasis in my world (it's only an oasis if there's enough water and soil to grow things around it. Otherwise it's a 'tank'). Unexpected the first time you see one, and never to be forgotten.
