Took this amazing shot a few days after the hurricane. The days after the hurricane the skies were weird every day.
I am not sure if that is a normal thing to happen after a major storm, but I can assure you nothing looked normal, not even the skies for weeks. Surreal days ahead.

I agree with you! I went through Andrew and it felt like the world was going to end with that sky. It is hard to explain, but, perhaps it was the universe striking back.

Exactly! Thank you for the compliment. I have been trying through the photographs to demonstrate if just a little, what it has been like, but nothing seems the same and since we have been frozen pretty much for days, (ordered by the government for our safety) it was a bit restrictive to take more shots.

No end in sight yet! People had to be rescued yesterday just around the corner from my Mother's home. The helicopter was right over her home. We keep getting one thing after another. Five cars were submerged. I guess this is Puerto Rico's year after over 85 years of no major catastrophes.

Thank you for all. Truly appreciated, please forgive me for my late responses but we are very limited as to how often things will work most of us still have no internet (I don't have any, I actually have to be 30 minutes from my home to post here).

So do I! Can't wait for everyone to have the help they so urgently bed and their services back. This generation isn't as strong as the one before, many are ending up hurt trying to do things the old fashioned way (which is soooo odd to see in the 21st century).
It will be a learning experience, if they survive it!
