good afternoon friend steemit. today we go to the sunflower garden. Sunflowers or plants that have the Latin name helianthus annus, originally found to come from North America. With bright yellow and sun-like shapes, this type of flower has benefits that can be obtained from the oil and seeds. is this the health benefit of this sun-shaped flower?

Benefits of sunflower seeds
