Hey Photographers Stop Posting You Work For Free: How To Make A Profit From Your Photos: Steemit
Calling all photographers who post their work on social media and other sites. You now have the option to upload and post your work on a site that offers rewards for your work. It is free to join and use, you keep the copyright of your work and it is decentralized. All you have to do is post your work and if it get upvotes, you get a piece of the daily rewards that are being divided amongst its users everyday. The site pays you with a cryptocurrency called steem. Unlike traditional methods of monetization that come from ads or subscription fees, this one is guaranteed to be handed out each day to its users. How much you can sell each unit for depends on the market price, but it is currently trading at $0.77 USD. And since everyone on the site gets rewarded in steem it means everyone wants to see it grow in value, which helps to create a community of people working together.
Do not care about cryptocurrency or things like Bitcoin? You are still encouraged to post here. Share your work, trade the currency as you would a foreign currency (there are sites that buy Bitcoin for cash) and buy yourself something nice. It is a lot more than you will get from other social networks. And this is another way to get more exposure for your work.
All photos are welcome. Do you like to take fifty photos of your meal before you take a bite? Are you a selfie junkie? Maybe you are professional whose work deserves to be in an art gallery. Even if you are selling your work on sites like stock photo, you can upload a few samples here and link them to your page. There is no limit to what you can post on this site and if people like it, you can make some good money. I have been trying to recruit folks from photosharing sites. For example, on Rabadaba, you need one million upvotes to make $10!
You can get that with one or two if the right people upvote you on here.
