Beach in Balchik

in #photography6 years ago (edited)

There are literally a few days left before the new year, and summer is just around the corner. This is what makes me very happy on dark winter days - winter in Bulgaria is not ice. In general, it's time to look at future resting places.

Every summer I explore Bulgarian Black Sea beaches and share my observations. So now I want to show one little beach in Balchik. Not a lot of photos, so no one tired.

Balchik is such a village by the sea, but in the white mountains. Very funny and reminds Melnik. Only these rocks and reminds. In all the rest, of course, Melnik is more authentic, but Balchik is more)

So here

Balchik now has four beaches. The old three, such as not enough for 50,000 tourists a year. Personally, I have not noticed such a flow of tourists.

And four years ago, the authorities decided to embed 10 million into building a new one.

Here's what happened:

Men in the same shorts, but go in different directions. Maybe it's lifeguards? I did not understand.

Attempt to garden engineering.

This is as usual. No Bulgarian beach is complete without such still lifes.

Interesting mountain. It looks like a bunch of construction waste, but in fact it is absolute nature.

Cool locker rooms. Not like in Nessebar.

The sand is clean, the water is warm. The beauty is simple.

I didn’t understand how much the “conditions” cost here, but there is information that umbrellas are for 6 levs (3 euros), and sunbeds for 5 levs (2.5 euros).

Thank you for your time and attention.
