Hoverflies, flies sucking nectar

in #photography8 years ago (edited)

Hoverflies are types of flies suckers nectar. I met him in Seulanga flowers (Acehnese) or Cananga odorata, she seemed friendly, not like flies in general. She was not bothered when I took the photo too close. Every now and then he shifted to the leaves and back again to nectaring flowers.

I'm trying to friendly in order that he would perch on my hand. Wow ... it happened, and I took a photo.

The following photos, taken with a smartphone camera Sony C6903, additional lenses, at Lhokseumawe, Aceh, Sumatra.

@vannour, these are really great macro shots and I think even the @cryptofiend, @ocrdu @jamtaylor and @pfunk would all agree to me.

Tag it photography-trail after photography, too and specify which phone and lense and where you took this pic.

Keep writing :)

Thanks.
