Food is very important for our body.
But when food is something very special, not only our body enjoys it.
Today I present to you the food of friends.
Friends that we are far from each other.
That these networks united us and made us create a bond.
That over time, friction and ideas have reached more.
What a better way to celebrate it than with food.
Food is very important to us if it is in good company.
So we went out to dinner.
The restaurant is called Kasko since it is in the old town of Bilbao.
The atmosphere is nice, but also the diners were comfortable and happy.
Of first course we had ham with toasts of goat cheese.
Sorry, the cheese I do not like, but the ham was delicious.

Afterwards we were able to taste a salad.
I had everything.
A variety of lettuces, piquillo peppers roasted in wood.
Cantabrian Anchovies and all seasoned with cheese (haha again cheese, but you just have to push it a bit)

Then we served the beautiful grilled prawns, with its lemon to accompany, with Maldon salt in sheets for that special touch.
There are the laughs that were already ours, we were enjoying.
At the same time we ate, we reinforced our friendship.
Any conversation is good if you are in harmony

And between laughter and blah blah came the duck fua medallions on goat cheese curl
All seasoned with acid apple jam and berries.

Later the main course arrived
Grilled sea bass with bakery potatoes.
Good and cod.
What to say about him. It was delicious.
At your point of salt with three sauces to appreciate our traditional cuisine.

Between laughter, talk, going out to smoke a cigar in the street and the photographs
The desserts arrived.
Oh, delight for the eyes.
Mandarin ice cream and cake.
You saw it and you said how I came in, if I do not have a place.
But you know or if you do not know, I tell you.
Dessert is my downfall, I am sweet by nature.
I never say no to sugar.

So little by little eating and drinking, laughing and talking our friendship is reinforced.
Friendship that I hope will last a long time.
Food is a good time to strengthen ties.
