The Pirate's Tavern
Here's a pretty little tavern, located across the beach in Vila Chã, near Vila do Conde, Portugal.
The name of the place is Rumoceano, a mix of two Portuguese words: Rumo + Oceano. In English: Route + Ocean.
The pirate at the front is really cool. He's always ready to join you for a beer or a mug of rum.
He drinks all day long and never gets drunk. After all, someone has to be there and animate the guests.
Despite being a restaurant, it's very common for people to use it as a pub or a bar.
The locals join here to spend some time together, while enjoying the sun and a cold beer and talk about life, the universe and everything.
Who wouldn't stop to take a drink, with this view?
