So tell me @ansharphoto... this picture is not modified in a photo editor?
Whenever I saw one of these I just assumed that they were edited to create that snowy look of the water flowing over the fall. But now, I'm thinking that this is the effect of the long exposure.
This is pretty cool.
I'll have a new appreciation for photos that look like this.
