And I'm back again at Naga City, Cebu. But this time, I brought some friends/steemians to watch dragon boat fiesta 2018 held in Naga Boardwalk! It was a very hot afternoon when we arrive at the location. We witnessed some action packed sports of speed paddling boats. The participants were both female and male, some came from different places/countries. But most of them were military personnel/athletes.

Below were some pictures I took during the event and those were edited via Snapseed. Enjoy!

Saturday Sports Photography

The dragon boat sport is not that famous in the country but we have some strong and multi awarded dragon boat teams competing from different places every year.

A very intense game! Dragon boats competing with each other at 100 meter paddling! This sport is so tiring in my humble opinion.

Female paddlers with their spirit to win the game. A dragon boat team is composed of paddlers in the middles of the boat, a steerer at the tail part and a drummer that gives appropriate rhythm in paddling.

When we arrive at the scene. Teams doing some preparations etc.
