The photo was taken in the old town of Quebec city, which is the starting point of French explorers settled in North America in 1600s. There are 3 historical frescoes in town, and the one in the photo named La Fresque des Quebecois the largest one.

翻出这张在魁北克城拍的照片（真的有点年头，好像是刚去加拿大的时候拍的）简单介绍下：加拿大最早在1600年左右由法国探险家发现并开始批量移民居住与此，而魁北克城是第一个落脚点，相当于这是整个加拿大最古老的城市。最早的魁北克老城区就被称为Le Canada，这就是加拿大国家名字的起源。

魁北克城基本保留了一个法国小镇的原始风貌，非常漂亮祥和的旅游城市，包括了这幅描绘当时生活的巨大壁画。
