good post. I'm fond of train window views. they offer a view often seen but not often captured !
That's true! Especially while commuting daily you might see lovely landscapes, but not many take the effort to create an image of it :-)
I think you've made an excellent discipline with this as your framework. I have many pictures and videos from trains / buses / car windows.. often while travelling you get some really wide vistas which you don't always get the chance to stop at. you also sometimes get a very long uninterrupted view to the horizon ! look forward to seeing more. I'll post some of mine :) I do escalators too.. they make very good abstract mood video :)

I bet that was a peaceful ride, seeing so many different scenes along the way I would be taking shots non stop, maybe use a 4k video camera to film it :) I need to take a trip like that one day!
Oh, yes, non-stop is what I do too! ;-)
I have shot some video too, indeed, nut no 4K and am no video editor either - but will try to create a video from both trains and car travels :-)
If you need tips on train travel: I have plenty! Just ask!
