Half moon from my backyard + how I managed to capture it

Post processing details:
Sony A6000 + Canon FD 300mm f2.8L + Tamron x2 Teleconverter @f11 iso 320 1/100s 480 frames
Preprocessed in Adobe Lightroom - +1.48 exp -31 highlights, +27 shadows, +43 whites, + 32 clarity, +81 vibrance, +100 saturation, -CA
Each picture was then exported to tiffs and processed as follows in:
PIPP - turned of monochrome and I cropped to 2500/2500
Autostakkert 104 point size - stacked with drizzle 1.5x
Registax6 - just more sharpness 60% from first and 35% from second layer.
Then put back to lightroom +92 saturation +61 vibrance
Some curves adjustment (slight bring in blacks)
Cheese split toning Noise reduction off
Sharpening +34
Radius 1.2
Detail 36
Masking 69
