3D 列印之手機固定架

Hello friends, today I have a do-it-yourself post to share with you. I designed and made a tripod bracket using a 3D printer for my phone! The phone holder, designed with Creo Parametric, is made up of 3 pieces, a base, a top, and a screw. A guide rail along the base piece restricts the top piece to mate only in one specific direction.
朋友們大家好!今天來分享自己設計、3D列印做的手機固定架!我用了Creo Parametric來設計此手機固定架,其分爲三個零件:底件、上件、及螺絲。底件上有個導軌限制上件與底件固定的方向。

There is a standard 1/4" female thread at the bottom of the base piece to allow for the attachment to a tripod. When all 3 pieces are assembled, it looks like this:
底件有個標準1/4"内螺紋可以用來將手機固定架鎖在三脚架上,全部組合起來時長這樣:

After printing the pieces, I attached some black foam to the top and base pieces to prevent scratching the phone during use.
爲了防止3D列印的零件在使用中刮傷手機,我在上件及底件上貼了黑色泡棉當緩衝材。

To use, I just slide the phone in between the top and base pieces, then tighten the screw to secure.
使用方法很簡單,把手機放入上件及底件中並將螺絲轉緊即可。

I took these shots with my new Asus Zenfone 4 phone, using the 3D-printed tripod bracket with a mini tripod. To get the best picture quality, I used the lowest ISO setting of 25 and a 2 second timer to take each photo. The RAW photos were edited on my phone using Photoshop Express, and I must say the results really impressed me, you can click each photo to view bigger image!
我用了自製的手機固定架和一個小脚架配上最近新買的Asus Zenfone 4手機拍了以下的照片。爲了達到最佳照片品質我將設定設爲ISO 25以及2秒倒數拍攝,照片為RAW檔,修圖的部分用了手機上的免費軟件Photoshop Express。我對拍出來的結果非常滿意,你可以點開每張照片來檢視!

I tried some 10 second exposure shots, and the results are still really good!

不是耶,我們利用3D列印來製作產品樣品外殼、機構驗證等,省外發費用哈哈。

wow~本來對3D列印都很有興趣~有沒有好型號介紹~

我目前用過最好的是ultimaker 2,但是不便宜,現在應該都做的不錯了,看你想印多大的東西(雖然不建議買太大的,平台很難搞),我覺得必備的功能是加熱平台(這樣可以印ABS料),然後不要買綁定耗材的機器 :)
