There have been many amazing shots of Mount Agung finding their way onto the internet over the last week. All of them showing the awesome power of nature here Bali. The above shot above takes first prize for me. Looks a bit like a UFO right? Taken from Amed.

When I first arrived at this same look out spot in Amed two years ago there was no bar here.

Just jungle. And no people.

Things are changing ridiculously quickly here in Bali. Everyone wants a piece of the tourist gravy train.

This is the shot I was able to capture from the midst of the jungle... before the bar arrived the following year.

... a year later it looked like this.

The Bali Volcano Crisis

If you have a moment please check out the @charitysteemit account where you will find up-to-date films, photos and information on the erupting volcano & evacuee status.

Mount Agung erupted a 2nd time with force on the 25th November, sending an ash cloud 1,500m into the sky and we will be watching it closely over the next few weeks.

This is what it currently looks like.
