I remember a bit about the movie with Molly Ringwald and Andrew McCarty. Molly in the movie is bullied by the rich kids but in the end arrives at the ball in the pretty pink gown. The ending is romantic.
The movie brings to light what’s going on today with bullying- how kids can be cruel to each other.

Isn't that the truth. Kids can be so cruel. It was a very enlightening movie for the times, for me anyway. I saw it well after its time, however, the same message rings true.
